How a Monitor proves an SLA was met →Questions
How different are 99.9% and 99.99%?
Ten times: 43m 50s of downtime a month against 4m 23s.
Does planned maintenance count?
That depends on your SLA. Many leave out maintenance announced in advance. Read yours before you promise a number.
How does You Up? measure uptime?
The time your Monitor was up, divided by the time we watched it, to two decimals. Time we could not watch is shown as not measured, and we never show 100.00% if there was any downtime.
