  • A WhatsApp message costs 1 Credit. A text costs 1 to 4, by country.
  • Your plan's monthly Credits reset each month.
  • Need more? Buy a pack: 250 Credits for $30, 1,000 for $110 or 5,000 for $500. Packs never expire.
  • Monthly Credits are always used first.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, any time, up or down, from your plan settings.

What happens to extra Monitors if I move down?

They are paused, not deleted. Their history stays. Move back up and they start again.

Does Free need a card?

No. When we open, sign up with your email and start poking.

Can I use the API and an AI assistant on Free?

Yes. Every plan, Free included, can call our API and connect an AI assistant like Claude or Cursor. Only the counts differ between plans. Read the API docs

What if I run out of Credits?

SMS and WhatsApp alerts are skipped until you have Credits again. Every other Channel keeps working.

Will my price go up?

No. The price of the Plan you bought never rises while you keep it. What is locked is that Plan, not features we add later. How the price lock works
